Is this generated data? If not, perhaps it should be if there's anything that makes it identifiable.

I randomly chose a line out of one of the DAT files included in the functional tests (/test/functional/cucumber/files) so that information is already public; if that was your concern.

Does it make sense to either:

  1. reference the DEVELOPER.md from README.md in case folks stumble upon this from github directly
  2. Merge the bits from DEVELOPER.md into the README.md and just link to a specific section in the COMMON_QUESTIONS.md?
