Add support for supbarts with <RESERVED> elements and without em dashes. eregs/regulations-parser#45 - CFPB's repo already had the meat of this PR, which related to RESERVED subparts. Including it adds some tests
Add ability for parser to handle section numbers with non-digits eregs/regulations-parser#48 - Allow sections to contain letters. This needs a corresponding PR to -site to be displayed properly
Use a DSL when defining XML examples eregs/regulations-parser#54 - Introduction of a simpler DSL for defining XML
