[Nightly} Deletion of Offline Log, type 'Owner Maintenance'

Describe your problem!

Have saved a Log of type Owner maintenance offline as a reminder for the evening.
After I've uploaded the draft and logged it online on gc.com, I wanted to delete the offline log - via the context menu.
But instead of being just asked "Yes or No", a dialog popped up which asked for a reason ... strange.
After reading across #15498 I would say, this happened while the refresh I started right before was still running in background ...
But, when afterwards I again tried to delete the offline log, there was just the expected Yes/No dialog w/o the need to enter a reason, no matter if an update was running in background or not.

How to reproduce?

1. Create an offline log of type "Owner Maintenance"
2. Upload draft, log online on gc.com
3. Refresh the listing (in order to get the "real" log and try to delete the offline log via the log's context menu

Actual result after these steps?

A dialog pops up asking to enter a reason for the deletion ... which is pretty pointless for an offline log ...

Expected result after these steps?

There should just be the question "Yes/No"

The "delete log with reason" is supposed to be popping up only if one wants to delete a log which is already online (because GC.com demands to give a reason in this case). For deletion of offline logs it should be a simple yes/no dialog
