Reported on support for "old" Google Maps (ticket 423102):

Long-tapping on blue position marker does not trigger the context menu.

I can confirm this for current release 2024.03.19 for "old" Google Maps, but it does work for both "old" Mapsforge and UnifiedMap (both Google Maps and OSM).

Not sure if we want to fix this, though, with upcoming UnifiedMap in mind, therefore setting the appropriate project & labels.
