External navigation with "MapFactor Navigator" not working

As written in #3731 users reported that with the release 2014.04.19 the following procedure stopped working:

• Open cache details
• Menu -> Navigate -> "Show on ext. map"
• Select the app: "MapFactor Navigator"

The fix applied for #3731 does not seem to help.
With the current 2014.05.11-NB I can still see, that this procedure is not working.
MapFactor Navigator is started but remains on the startup screen.

Hint:
If I use this procedure I can start navigation with MapFactor Navigator:

• Open cache details
• Menu -> Navigate -> "Google Maps Route"
• Select the app: "MapFactor Navigator"

Disregard my email concerning Sygic navigation. It turned out the user used the wrong method to invoke Sygic.

Thanks for finding this.
I tested with the linked APK from the website, and it works again with that version.
Will send an answer to the affected users accordingly.
