Display real owner additionally to "placed by" field if both are different

As you probably know for GC.com Geocaches there a 2 different fields to represent its Ownership:

1. Placed by

2. Owner Name

3. contains is an arbitrary name (Owner name, team name, phantasy name
   etc.) entered in the Geocaches' formular at gc.com. On the website it is displayed on top next to "A cache by..."

4. is the name of the player's Account which is the actual Owner of the Cache. We can see it in the following site which is openened, if we
   click at the name next to
   "A cache by..."

Both are often, but not always the same. For example if a team of multiple Cachers hide a Cache. Or a Cache was adopted by another player.

I think both informations are interesting to be listed at C:geo's "Details"-tab of a Cache: 1) who has originally placed the Cache and
2) who is the actual owner responsible for the Cache.

right now just 1) is listed (as "Owner").

Even 2) is already known within c:geo, cause when I click at the Ownername in c:geo's Detail-tab, a dialog window openens with "About 2)"
