Standard unix build:

use env-sim.sh

make
make install

using this procedure build:
- freetype2
- curl
- jpeg
- png



SDL
---
use SDL 1.3 (svn 5437)
open Xcode-iphoneos/SDL/*.xcodeproj
choose iphone-simulated-3.0 in project setting (base SDK)
build, copy to /home/dist/sim/lib and /home/dist/sim/include/SDL


xmoto
-----
open xmoto and dependencies
build!
