Fix crashes with ringer volume and add new depiction

Add depiction located at dep.cgm616.me/depictions/me.cgm616.volumebar.

Fix two crashes with the ringer volume HUD. One happened upon destroying the slider and another when the buttons were pressed while the slider was on the screen.

Add status bar mode, rework drawing code, and add labeling

Add multitude of functions (see title), fix numerous bugs, reduce memory leaks.

Fix ringer volume slider position

Now the ringer volume slider should show the correct volume on first press of the physical buttons.

Drop shadow and slide to dismiss

Add the option to have a drop shadow underneath the bar. Add option to swipe up on the bar to dismiss it before the time runs out.

Fix numerous bugs with ringer volume

Fix the slider not moving when changing ringer volume, fix slider not changing ringer volume, fix bar not showing up after changing volume once.

Fix prefs buttons not working

Fixes preferences "Credits" buttons not actually doing anything. No functionality changed.

Initial beta release
