This adds support for the (apparently) new field request
deploymentwhich allows the user to specify "BASIC" or "STANDARD" product tiers. Without this change thedurabilityfield must be set to "LOW" or else a 400 is raised because the deployment.sku must be set to "STANDARD" to support HA configuration.
