'this is undefined' with browersify and browserify-shim

When using angular-busy with browserify and browserify-shim, a this is undefined error occurs whenever cg-busy is invoked.

I created a gist to make this issue easily reproducible. Open the console when running the application and you should see the error.

@shibby unfortunately not that I'm aware of, I had to switch to using a different library for loading indicators
