guixsd need release tag to fetch stable release source, suggest add, please see:

No, Guix does not need a tag. @tumashu, I think you did the right thing
when you proposed to use https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/exwm-0.13.tar

If I understand correctly, it is the release made by @ch11ng, so I think
it's just a missunderstanding.

It would be good to here a confirmation from @ch11ng though :-)

All GNU ELPA packages are maintained in one repository (http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/elpa.git) so the tags of all packages are mixed up together. Is a release tag still usable in such case? Also I prefer not to creating tags if possible.

No, the tag is not needed, the only thing is needed is a confirmation that the tarball on elpa is the upstream release, i.e. it was made by you.
