Aside from refactoring, I also made some small changes:

Use enum for installation mode.
Don't show an "Are you sure?" dialog when uninstalling a dependency in Manual/Copy mode. Copying a command to clipboard isn't a destructive action.
Use toast instead of disclosure to indicate that the command has been copied to clipboard.
Fixed toasts being below modals.
Add small open delay to tooltips, so they don't flash when moving the mouse cursor.
Add "Packages" heading and center "Features" heading.

I plan to make more changes to the dependency manager soon (nothing too major though). This is just the PR to prepare for those changes.
