This PR makes several updates to .travis.yml

  • Replaced Open MPI 1.6.3 with 2.1.3
  • Drop MPICH 3.0.4 so the number of test cases is reduced (we basically recommend Open MPI)
  • Updated Chainer from 4.0.0 to 4.3.1
  • Added MD5 checksum check, because an error occurs in downloading a tar file occasionally and thus the test job is marked failed. To avoid this, the script tries to retry the download.
