Enable go gossipsub tests in browser

Browser tests for go-gossipsub-copied tests are disabled because they create many independent peers, and it is slow and leads to timeouts in a browser environment.

Figure out how to appropriately run these tests.

One solution might be to just run them in a pre release script. This needs to be tested first
