feat: rename is* props

All is* props renamed.

• isRequired -> required
• isInvalid -> invalid
• isReadOny -> readOnly
• isDisabled -> disabled
• isChecked -> checked
• isIndeterminate -> indeterminate
• isFocusable -> focusable
• isActive -> active
• isFocused -> focused
• isOpen -> open
• defaultIsOpen -> defaultOpen
• isLazy -> lazyMount
• isManual -> activationMode
• isAttached -> attached

Removed isNative prop from CheckboxGroup

AccordionItem API changes

• isExpanded -> isOpen
• New property isFocused
