Docker Compose / Script to create multiple instances #18

Multiple containers are currently being written in the docker_compose.yml file.

Write a better script/configuration file to automatically create multiple instances of follower managers, brokers (along with their own copy of the database) etc.
Also, ensure that necessary IP and port mapping have been done between brokers and their databases.
