Thanks a lot for releasing scFEA. I'm very excited to test it on my data.

However, I was wondering if you could include a brief section on how to install and run the tool. I believe
that would be very beneficial.

Thank you so much for using our tools. I am working on a manual about the tools. Will update in two days.
In addition, this tool is still in the developing stage. I appreciate your advice and happy to solve any issue during your running process.
