Find different release file host #53

GitHub is being difficult with their release file hosting. Their web based uploader doesn't work and messes with the release filenames, as can be seen in https://github.com/channable/vaultenv/releases/tag/v0.8.0

Any suggestions for binary hosting which doesn't mess this up?

(If we're looking, we might find one which handles GPG and SHA checksums)
