PIF is a project aimed at supporting feature engineering for medical engineering.
Current release is an alpha test version.
Press A to enter 'annotation mode', and drag a rectangle to locate nodules in CT slices.
Don't release your mouse, hit Q to finish an annotation. And then you can release your mouse.
You can mark multiple nodules in a round.
After all nodules marked, click Compute and the feature value will be computed and stored in a CSV file.
You can press Reset to clear previous annotation rectangles.
