[FEATURE REQUEST] resize left and right panes.

Sometimes the longer gene labels get cut off, in the right hand side panel.
It would be nice to be able to increase the width of both the side panels, but I don't think it's currently possible.

I'm hosting my object locally using cellxgene 1.1.1, and Google Chrome is my browser.
