The RESTClient keeps saying 'Sending data...' while response headers are shown in background in case the HTTP server serves no body-message with response:
tested with 404/400 responses.

This bug should have been fixed in 2.0.1, could you update to 2.0.1 from mozilla? Or just install the nightly build from github download page.

Thank you, it works: tested with 2.0.1 version; Firefox 11.0.
