Edit KPI screen does not have the they are pinned to auto selected in corresponding dropdown

Acceptance Criteria:
Dashboards to which KPIs are pinned should be preselected.
Search feature should be enabled in case we want to pin a new dashboard.
Dropdown UI should not move up and be responsive
