Acceptance Criteria:
The Human Readable Number (HRN) should be consistent throughout the application.
In the tooltip, always show the exact numbers in this format - x,xxx,xxx

Waterfall Chart in deepdrills:
Y-axis in HRN
Fix the tooltip in the waterfall chart, show only number in x,xxx,xxx format
Line Chart in the deepdrills:
Y-axis in HRN
Numbers inside the tooltip in x,xxx,xxx format
Anomaly Charts:
Y-axis in HRN
Numbers inside the tooltip in x,xxx,xxx format
Sparklines in home Screen:
Y-axis in HRN
