The latest version of Chaos Mesh supports arm64. However, the chaosd uses its own implementation and doesn't support injecting time shift on arm64. I don't know whether it's still simple to use the functionality provided by chaos-daemon to shift the time (as the configmanager is used in chaos mesh)
