Issue Description

Type: bug report

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

Attach javaagent depends on tools.jar in Java experiments, but wrong path selected for tools.jar. The following errors are sometimes reported.

sandbox load jvm failed : com/sun/tools/attach/VirtualMachine : Unsupported major.minor version 52.0\n exit status 255
