Issue Description

Type: bug report

Describe what happened

when i start blade network delay with sudo rights, and after destroy blade without sudo right, i didn't get error, all tasks completed, but the rules in tc haven't cleared.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. start blade network delay with sudo (not root user)
  2. stop blade without sudo
  3. check rule in tc

blade 1.3.0
centos 7
