remove Wiki from website #112

Should we discuss abandoning IRC officially on the main mailing list? |
Ha ha. This one caught my eye. I think IRC can just fade off into the sunset. |
I was thinking about this the other day. We link to the wiki in a couple places. |
We should remove all links to the wiki |
I tend to agree about removing links to the wiki and IRC, but I think we need to follow our decision-making process for something as important as this, just in case people are still using either one. I recommend posting it as a proposal to the mailing list with a date for lazy consensus. :) |
I sent an email to the list with lazy consensus date Friday, February 8, 2019 for removing IRC from website. |
Just to document this: We agreed to abandon the Wiki many moons ago, so no need to ask about removing the wiki. |
Decision proposal, do not get rid of IRC. Dawn Foster on 2019-02-01 to mailing list:

Removed the wiki |
We are currently linking to IRC and Wiki from the /participate page
For all I know, no one monitors IRC.
The Wiki is dead!
