New features:
- Debug screen added, F3 to toggle it (by default not shown)
- Collision detection added (you can't go across a wall now)
- Gravity added (you'll fall if there's no block under yourself when flying mode is disabled)
- Flying mode added, F1 to toggle it (by default disabled)
- Press Space button to jump when not in flying mode, to ascend when in flying mode
