Source code install

(1) Offline
Step1: git clone https://github.com/CharlesPikachu/imagecompressor.git
Step2: cd imagecompressor -> run "python setup.py install"

run "pip install git+https://github.com/CharlesPikachu/imagecompressor.git@master"
