Code for article "Neuronal Network Inference and Membrane Potential Model using Multivariate Hawkes Processes" available on HAL.
The script script-spiketrains.py can be launch with Python. An example of simulated spike trains is obtained and investigate in the following (the data are saved in the folder "data"). The script script-hawkesdiffusion.R can be launch with R. It sources the function in Functions.R, the data in the folder "data" and in the folder "results".
