This reverts PRs #168 and #169. This can be re-reverted once the Ussuri release of the OpenStack charms are available (see LP #1867940 [1]). This addresses LP #1868150 [2] [1]: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cdk-addons/+bug/1867940 [2]: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cdk-addons/+bug/1868150

Tested on AWS with the 1.18/edge charms. Still has the permission issue with RWX mounts in non-root pods, as expected (see LP #1866262 but otherwise functions as it should. |

This got incorrectly reverted in #171. Also pin to the release tag rather than the branch, since point releases might re-use the branch. Fixes https://bugs.launchpad.net/cdk-addons/+bug/1871945

This reverts PRs #168 and #169.
This can be re-reverted (see LP #1867940) once the Ussuri release of the OpenStack charms are available (targeted for Focal, presumably to be released in May 2020).
