Custom start angles for polarArea graph

Hello,
Can i provide custom start angle values for each bars of the polar graph?
Like angle in options.elements.arc but a start angle..

By default not, the issue about this has the implement externally label (#5232)
With the datalabels plugin you might get close to what you want (https://chartjs-plugin-datalabels.netlify.app/samples/charts/polar.html)
