Expected Behavior

Data points equal to the max y-axis value of the chart should still display if the chart has options.title.display set to true

Current Behavior

Settings the title of the chart to display: true causes data points equal to the max y-axis value to disappear after animations finish

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
