Bumps [shell-quote](https://github.com/ljharb/shell-quote) to 1.7.4 and updates ancestor dependency [@docusaurus/core](https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/tree/HEAD/packages/docusaurus). These dependencies need to be updated together.
