To my knowledge, this is the only R-Package that was completely written in org-mode and then tangled into the necessary source files etc.
I am also a heavy org-mode used and currently writing an R package. Would it be possible for you to upload your .org file that was used to tangle the package for inspiration?
Thank you in advance!

Actually, there is a trivial demo at R package demo in worg or making and managing an R package .
as an org file.
But it does not show how to leverage org for C code or for vignettes. Also, it is pretty old and the VC demo is in SVN. And it has lots of trial-and-error experiments in it that only made sense to me.
In the coming days or weeks, I'll take a look a prettying up the org file I use for geneRx and push it when I can get it in shape.
