Create custom Contacts book sync module

1. Is the bug present in the demo Chat SDK project?
   It's a question, no bugs, the Chat SDK works beautifully 😄

2. What modifications have you made to the Chat SDK?
   I'm aware that a license for the contacts book module can be bought, however, I'm more interested in creating a similar module myself. I was able to achieve displaying the local contacts that exist in the phone as well as in the database. What I'd like to know is what is the way of creating a module for the user to be able to view their profile and chat along with them, even if they don't exist in the user's version of the app as their contact? Or is there are documentation to know how to create custom modules?
