在FAQ.md中新增了内容：
①、针对问题Q4 "Resource averaged_perceptron_tagger not found"，新增一种比较简单的处理方法；
②、新增问题Q10: 执行python cli_demo.py过程中，显卡内存爆了，提示"OutOfMemoryError: CUDA out of memory" 和解决方案。
