Since the WeChat profile is already available upstream at https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/wechat.json and is more actively maintained upstream in comparison, removing the WeChat profile in this repository allows us to focus our efforts on the software profiles that need more maintenance.
