make all Examples configs for SummaryJavadoc

this folder https://github.com/checkstyle/test-configs/tree/main/SummaryJavadoc/japan-period
will not be overriden by future generation.

we need to fill https://github.com/checkstyle/test-configs/tree/main/SummaryJavadoc with ExampleX folders.
and test configs in checkstyle/checkstyle#14690

reason behind SummaryJavadoc is that it is slow Check, so execution on all projects might be problematic. So it might give us some ideas that certain Checks should have special list-of-projects.properties
