Describe the issue

Third party libraries used in automate-ui need to be brought up to date.

To Reproduce

At the time of writing here is what is out-of-date:

Expected behavior

The output of npm outdated should include only those packages explicitly pinned in package.json.
Every such pinned package should have justification in the "Dependency Management" section of automate-ui/README.md.
