Hot fix for subscription_Id

User Story

As an Automate User, I will use this work when I want to add an input box of Subscription Id in the Front end and make respective changes in the backend.

Acceptance Criteria

• we need to show the Subscription Id Input text box, In the Azure section (image is attached below)
• Subscription Id should store in Secret service (image is attached below)
• After completion of the scan job, the result should be reflected in the compliance report, Nodes, Profiles, and Controls.

Definition of Done

• All things specified in User Story Acceptance Criteria should be fulfilled.
• All Exceptions are Handled Properly
• Ensure logs have no unnecessary data.
• Test coverage for the new feature is done to at least 70%
• Docs site updated
• Swagger Documentation updated
• Smoke Test done.
• Ensure Build and Integration Pipelines are Green.
• PR has 2 approvers.
• All Code Review Comments are Resolved.
