Describe the bug

Cannot send or create slack notification

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • 1
    • An existing working notification stop working since Chef Automate version 20220113154113
    • Webhook type --> Slack
    • Failure type --> Infra client
    • Webhook url is working (tested with postman)
  • 2
    • Create a new Notification
    • Webhook type --> Slack
    • Failure type --> Infra client
    • Insert a newly created slack application

Expected behavior

Notifications can be sent.

Additional context

Last notification we received was the Jan 17th at 07:28 UTC
We're using the Azure marketplace version
