It would be nice if the Knife EC2 plugin would support custom API endpoints via the fog parameters :host and :path. Then you could use the plugin with other EC2 compliant cloud providers.

At this point in time we're going to close this issue out. knife-ec2 is now using the aws-sdk directly, which is very specific to EC2 and not a good conduit for generic EC2 compliant clouds.
