From homebrew discussion Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#14265 and Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#14288, using http://gnome-build-stage-1.googlecode.com/files/ mirror avoids this problem.
Currently, adding libossp-uuid dependency causes timeout error and stop package building.
