Change printer name
Increase max temp to 300C (I have the micro swiss all-metal hotend)
Disable thermal protection chamber (I don't have the printer in a chamber)
Enable mesh leveling
- Restore mesh after G28
- Mesh inset from 10 to 30
- Grid max points from 3 to 5
- mesh edit z step from 0.025 to 0.01
Enable EPROM auto init
Added PET-G prehead constants
Disable ARC support
