Save the QL result as a temp file so that you can recover from there #5

It may take very long to load the all the results from DynamoDB, and then it fails during Postgres insertion.

It's frustrating to restart from the top.

If it can restart from where it fails, then things will be better. So it's good that the middle result is saved, which can be a temp json file of the QL result
