convert project into Android library project

project is simple java project in it's current state, convert it to Android library project for ease of use and easy upgrade of library from client side.

thanks @vinu76jsr the way it is included right now is to build it from source and include the resulting jar file in your android app. Your suggestion makes good sense, let me try that out. thanks. - satya.

I took the liberty to fork sugar and convert it into a library project in order to use it with the Eclipse toolchain. Android.com has the details on how to use library projects.
