Version 1.0.0 Release Candidate 2

This is the second release candidate. Compared to RC1 it improves the behavior of the URI cleaning, making it an optional step. It also makes a few minor visual changes, like adding fancy "+" and "-" icons. Very exciting.

Binaries are available as a Windows installer package (the .exe file), as a standalone Windows executable and supporting files (the .7z file), and as a Linux Debian (.deb) package. Expand the "Assets" link below to see the available files.
