The result of this task will be a finished roadmap which we can show to new/old investors

1. identify IS situation (aka: where are we now after 18 long months?)

• people complain there is not much activity, for months
• this is what I am currently doing
  • analyzing the ChessCoin project: the software, the community and other aspects
  • you will see results from this in the: task list, bug tracker and BitcoinTalk
  • as time permits, I'll also talk about these more in detail in my activity list and my blog

2. plans:

• short term:
  • FINISHED:
  • ___new ChessCoin website
  • ___establish and run our very first chess tournament series (summary)
  • UPCOMING:
  • ___tournaments 3 and 4
  • ___polls about dev situation
  • ___continue identifying more tasks
  • ___continue informing users (e.g. my blog; replying to users on bitcointalk; reply in private mails, ...)
  • ___continue marketing for our events
  • make people donate more :-(
• middle term:
  • analyze/fix/maintain the wallet code and the environment (e.g. pre-compiled binaries,...)
  • ___(one of the conditions: poll result and donation/payment campaign)
