upcoming polls -> about dev situation

Please review this poll draft, which I will soon post at other places.

• e.g. are the 2 months poll time enough or too much? Personally, I'd like to make it longer, e.g. 3 months
• do you like the voting result algorithm? see: "How do we see the result?"

This is at same time, I think, the first usage of the ChessCoin for voting.

I have set up these 2 polls where the current ChessCoin owners can vote upon (with 3 choices: yes, no or abstain)!

As expressed earlier, we need clarification about the dev situation

• see here and my blog (entry from December 9)

poll 1: Do you think the current dev Isolani159 will ever return AND make again something productive for ChessCoin?
poll 2: Do you support chess-fan as new lead for the ChessCoin project?

Both polls will run for 2 months (so people have enough time to see these):

• it does NOT matter how much you send, any amount works

How do we see the result?

• we'll sum up the balances of the addresses from where you sent it on 2018 Mar 1, 00:00 UTC
• example1: user U1 owns 100k CHESS coins at address A1, and she sends 5k coins to choice 2a. Then on March her vote weight is 95k+5k+what she got as PoS in the meantime.
• example2: user U2 owns 200k CHESS coins at address A2, and she sends 10k coins to choice 2a. And in January she buys 50k coins more on the exchange. Then on March her vote weight is 190k+10k+50k+what she got as PoS.
• example result:
  • the weight for choice 2a would then be: 350k + PoS, which is:
    U1: 100k+PoS
    U2: 250k+PoS

additional info:

• When from an address 2 or more votes are done on the same poll, only the newest vote counts:
  • example: address1 send 20k coins to choice 1a on January 7, same address1 sends then on January 20 30k coins to choice 1b. Then the later vote on choice 1b counts.

tasks:

• I will also send then a PM on bitcointalk to Isolani about these polls and invite him to give feedback (e.g. on the topics we discussed in December; his plans; ...)
  • as of now he did not post anymore since about 6 months (see below)
• notify also exchanges (since they will likely have large wallets)
• inquire on public sites to show this poll, e.g. block explorers
